Smt. Vinutha Acharya has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Education and administration.
Started her career as a Teacher and has won The Best Teacher Award by the Department of Education 3 times. She has a master's degree in Chemistry and is a University Gold Medalist. She has actively participated in academic and religious related workshops and conferences.
Dr. Harish Hande

Dr. Harish Hande, the Founder and Chief Executive officer of SELCO Foundation, is a renewable energy entrepreneur with over 25 years of grassroots experience in meeting the energy needs of underserved populations. He is also the founder of SELCO India –a pioneering last mile rural energy enterprise based in India since the early nineties. He is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a Masters and Ph D from University of Massachusetts, US. In recognition of his vision and the efforts of SELCO, have been awarded national and international awards including the reputed Zayed Future Energy Prize in 2018 and the SKOLL Award for Social Entrepreneurship – 2018. In 2011, Harish was conferred the Ramon Magsaysay Award in recognition of his vision to catalyze development outcomes via sustainable energy.
Dr. Hande serves on the boards of many organizations, both national and international.
Sri. Jagadeesh Pai

Jagadeesh Pai an Arts graduate, started his career at Bharathiya Vikas Trust in 1982. He then joined Selco Solar Private Ltd as Regional Manager in 2000. He was the head of Operations and a specialist in strategic planning and capacity building. He also mentored the Logistics, Training and Human Resource departments. He was promoted as Assistant General Manager and then Deputy General Manager before he retired as General Manager in 2022 with a total experience of 22 years. He is currently working as a Senior Advisor at Bharathiya Vikas Trust.

He has got 20 years of experience in promotion of solar energy, involved in overall implementation of various projects / programs of training and capacity building of various partners/ stakeholders of Sustainable energy applications and rural development sectors. Started his career as a Research analyst in the SME / decentralized industry sector.

Mahesh is a Science graduate with overall work experience of around 20 years in different fields and domains. Mahesh started his career as Marketing Executive and then joined a Multinational company Fidelity Investments Pvt. Ltd. where he gained an experience of 14 years in backend operations. Prior to joining BVT, he worked as Head of Coaching Division at Trisha group of Institutions. He now works at Bharathiya Vikas Trust as Senior Operations Manager.

She has started her career as a counselor then research assistant and medical social worker in public health sectors. She has worked in Toyota Kirloskar Motors CSR project and Department of Community Medicine, KMC, Manipal & Mangalore. She has done her Masters in Social Work (Manipal University, Manipal).
